Harvest Catering & Events has developed a New Orleans based menu that will be featured at the 2018 Mardi Gras celebration on 2/10 at the Mandan Depot Bier Hall. The menu will include Jambalaya, shrimp po’boys, shrimp etoufee, gumbo and king cake.
